Saturday Breakfast: Pancakes, Bacon, and Tang
Saturday Lunch: Hotdogs, sandwiches, chips, fruit, and lemonade
Saturday Dinner: dutch oven stew and rolls.
Sunday Breakfast: Boiling Bag scambled eggs, cereal, and Fruit Pies (mmm).

There are only 50 spots so please send in and sign up. If you have any
questions and or dieatary concerns you can contact Ian the Strange directly
at Ianthestrange at yahoo.com or call him at 377-3711(home phone).Due to the
heat of the desert - all fighting will not begin until 4pm. This gives a
great opportunity as there is time during the middle of the day for many
A&S classes and activities. This would be a great time for people to
fulfill some of the King's challenges for his Chosen Seven or to work on
projects for the many other challenges put forth in the kingdom. Fighters
will have time to participate in classes or game competitions. Is there
anyone who knows about Arabic calligraphy that could help with teaching the
older kids? We would also love any classes on belly-dance, storytelling,
the silk road, how to wrap a turban, all of these coincide with the event
theme but we would also love classes on armor making and such.  So if you
have anything you would like to do in this opportunistic time please

Friday -
People arrive and set up

Saturday -
8am Breakfast starts, Archery Field open for warm up

9am Archery tournaments begin

10:30 am Opening court

11 am A&S classes start
Youth activities - Make fans,decorate treasure boxes, Treasure dig,
Decorating dancing hip scarfs/sashes
Older kids - Arabic calligraphy

12:30 Lunch

2pm Water Activities for youth (and young at heart) people will get wet but
not necessarily swimming

4pm Heavy combat and Rapier combat start

Arabian nights rapier scenario's:
Cave of wonders. The fighters must fight into the cave of wonders and get
as much gold as they can. (I would need bags of gold or rocks.)

Kill the sultan. Fighters must kill the sultan on his outing through the
market place. There will be two body guards accompanying the sultan. and
you must get around them or kill them to kill the sultan.

40 thieves vs the sultans guards (open field battle)

Market tourney. this is a prize tourney that you must bring a prize to
enter. The winner will be determined by points. And the the person with the
most points get's to pick first out of the prizes.
