[Artemisia] Baronial Arts & Sciences Competitionin at 1348 event

Greetings,
 
The 1348 event is close at hand.  Are you planning on entering a Arts and Sciences project? 
 
 
Baronial Arts & Sciences Champion Competition 
•Entrants must have at least 3 entries in at least 2 grand categories
•Each entry must have documentation - (3 copies is standard practice so judges do not have to wait)
•You may enter more than 3 entries and items may be in any grand category
•Items may be entered in more than one category if there is separate documentation for each category
•The average of 3 judges scores will be the score for each item.
•An average of all item scores for each champion entrant will be the overall score
•To be chosen for the Baronial champion, you must be a member of the Barony of Arn Hold
 
Additional prizes 
•Novice Champion
•Prize for New Art Form: For an entry in a category that the entrant has not entered before.
•Prize for 1348: For the best entry to do with Death, Plague or Medicine in the middle ages.
•Prize for Best Food Item
 
Additional information
*You will be given the judges sheets after the announcements of champions and prizes
*You(or someone that you appoint) are responsible for setting up and retrieving your entries.  Announcements will be made when judging starts and when it ends. We would like to have all entries set up by 10:30am.
*All entries will be judged according to Kingdom judging sheets and need to have documentation (Your name, what it is, time period and place that it came from, how you made it, where you got the information about it's historical accuracy)***3 copies of documentation for each entry is suggested***
 *All judges and entrants will be asked to take competition oaths.
