Greetings Loch Salann,

I am finally able to provide some answers to all of the questions about ind=
oor fighter practice.

The Viridian Event center has agreed to allow us to use one of their exhibi=
tion halls to hold our practices.
They will allow us to use it FREE OF CHARGE! The caveats to it being free o=
f charge is that we must allow our
practices to be open to the public and we need to have a class of some sort=
. The first caveat is just fine
because our practices are always open to the public! No problem there. The =
second will require a bit of
coordination. We will need short A&S classes each week that are FREE to the=
 public.

This arrangement will be on a trial basis for the month of November to make=
 sure this arrangement works for both parties.

HL Aingeal will be coordinating the classes. The first class on November 3r=
d will be a make and take Nine
Men's Morris class. We anticipate the classes being small perhaps a dozen p=
eople and would like to
keep the activities limited to those that can be done in a small area aroun=
d tables. If you are willing to
teach a class please contact Aingeal.

This is an excellent opportunity for our group to have a venue to demo some=
 of our activities and give
the public a view of what our organization is all about. All the while gain=
ing a FREE fighter practice site!

th the center and facilitating
getting this to work.

The Viridian Event center is located at 8030 S 1825 W, West Jordan, UT 8408=
8. Practice will be held Tuesdays from 7-9pm starting in November.

There will be no practice on 11/24, the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
