[Artemisia] Andalusian Ball update - deadlines approaching

Greetings to you all!

Please let this serve as a friendly reminder that both the Feast and Hotel
Deal reservation deadlines are fast approaching (January 12th).   Should
you wish to partake of our Cook's Guild fabulous feast, please contact HL
Ellen right away.   Remember, the site is wet and there will be limited
off-board seating available during the feast, as well as a ‘best Themed
table arrangement’ competition!

As mentioned previously, the Barony has arranged for discounts at the 2
Hotels located RIGHT across the street from the site - seriously, no
driving necessary.  All you have to do is give them a call and tell them
you would like the discount rate for the Barony of Arn Hold.

The site opens at 10am for set up and decorating - please bring your
banners, covers and decorations to help add to the medieval feel ;)

*El Torneo de Baile y la Fiesta!*  January 26, 2013  - Noon until 10.30pm.

   - Court at Their Majesties/Excellencies discretion
   - Lord and Lady of Color
   - Heavy and Rapier Tournaments
      - The Heavy tournament will be a Pas de Arms with judging by the
      gallery and multiple prizes to be awarded.
   - Dancing
   - practices will be held during the day and prior to each dance
   - Bard of Arn Hold Competition
   - Tentative Class list
   - Beginning Brewing, Fiber Arts and Beginning Belly Dance
   - Feasting!
   - Baronial Fundraiser
