[Artemisia] Rose and Butterfly Tourney Reminder

Unto the Ladies of the Rose, Ladies of the Papillion, and Ladies of the
other Viscounty orders,

And unto the rapier fighters of Artemisia, and our friends and cousins in
the Outlands, who are travelling to Uprising,

Does Don Conchobhar mac Michil send Greetings.

Uprising is fast upon us, being a mere week away. As a reminder, to enter
the Rose & Butterfly Tourney, you must have a sponsor who is a member of
the Order of the Rose (Duchess or Countess) or Order of the Papillion
(Viscountess, or one of the other Viscounty Orders for former Princesses),
and the sponsoring Lady must inform me of their intent to sponsor.

Ladies may sponsor one fighter for each reign they served as Queen and/or
Princess, sitting Queens may sponsor as many as they like, and a Crown
Princess who is not otherwise eligible can sponsor one fighter.

The notification of sponsorship can be delivered in person by the Lady, by
written missive delivered to me at the event, or by email (
connor.mac.michil at gmail.com) prior to the tournament (though, I will have
limited internet access starting Sunday, as I will be on site, so will be
checking email only once a day max).

Why the reminder? Well, this is the 10th Rose and Butterfly and I'd like to
see it full, but so far I have *zero* confirmed entrants, where I usually
have at least a handful at this point (and then end up with 50+ entrants).
