[Artemisia] OP update (April) (S. Clark Otterness)

This was brought to my attention right after I sent update to the web minister (as indicated below, this update is all additions/changes prior to April 14th). It has been corrected in my master OP, and will be reflected in the next update. There may be a way for me to do faster updates in the near future, but as of now, there is a bit of a process to it.
