If I may add to Golden Wings announcement, silent heralds do not need to be
certified translators. Even if the only thing you can sign is to finger
spell the persons name and the award they are getting, that is wonderful,
and very appreciated. The SCA silent herald deputy, Nessica, and her staff
have provided lots of useful articles at
