[Artemisia] Where do I find info on Coronation?

Greetings.
I cannot find ANY information in the September Sage, or on Facebook about
coronation.  I don't even know what city will hold the event, much less
suggested time frame for opening court.
can someone PLEASE post the info on the Aerie?
