[Artemisia] Change in Kingdom Exchequer's Office

[NMS Heraldry Deputy of Artemisia]

To the Populace of Artemisia - greetings.

Due to health concerns, Her Grace Esabel has resigned the office of Kingdom
Exchequer. The Society Exchequer has accepted her resignation. I am sure we
all thank her for her service to the Kingdom and wish her a speedy recovery.

With the permission of the Society Exchequer and as the Emergency Deputy I
have stepped in as Acting KCoE for Artemisia.

There will soon be information posted and published for anyone wishing to
submit a letter of intent for the office.
