[Artemisia] Help wanted! - Kingdom NMS-Heraldry Deputy Exchequer - Warranted position

[NMS Heraldry Deputy of Artemisia]

The subject pretty much says it. I would like to divest myself of this
function now that I am the Kingdom Exchequer. Anyone care to step up?

Need a person that has easy access to a branch of Key Bank. A working
knowledge of Excel and a reliable computer and scanner. Procedures and
forms already in place.
