[Artemisia] Kingdom Collegium, classroom changes

Greetings!

A quick update on the classrooms for Kingdom Collegium.  We are switching
the Heavy/Armored and the Rapier classes.  Heavy/Armored will be in the
Cafeteria and the Rapier classes will be in the Band Room.

Lunch will still be served from the Cafeteria, but we will have tables set
up in the hallway where you will be able eat lunch.
