[Artemisia] Important Announcements

Good Morning Artemisia,

I have two important announcements to make:

1. After seeking guidance from across the Kingdom and much discussion,
Their Royal Majesties, in conjunction with Their Royal Highnesses, the
Kingdom Arts and Sciences Minister and myself, have decided that the
Kingdom Arts and Sciences Champion Competition WILL be held at the Kingdom
Day of Champions in July 2015. After the event, this subject will be
re-evaluated to determine if Arts and Sciences Championship will continue
to be held at Day of Champions or if it will return to its own individual
event.

2. It has been decided that the Equestrian Champions Tourney will NOT be
held at Kingdom Day of Champions in July 2015. Instead, Equestrian
Champions will be held at Uprising in June 2015.
