*SPRING CORONATION*

*MARCH 7, 2014*

*BARONY OF ARN HOLD*



Harken unto the words of Their Royal Highnesses Ronan & Clare, Heirs to the
Gryphon Thrones, as they send Warmest Greetings to all and invite the
members of the Populace of Artemisia to celebrate the six month anniversary
of Their Royal Majesties Timmur & Sorcha.



On the Feast Day of Saint St. Perpetua and St. Felicity, being March 7th
2015, Their Highnesses ask all to join them for pageantry and tournament in
either 12th Century fashion or the splendor of their choice.



There will be tournaments to mark the day to confirm His Majesty’s
Champion, to confirm Her Majesty’s Champion, and The Defender of the Sable
Rose. The combat lists will be fought in the traditional style. Don Killian
Flynn MacThoy is coordinating the field arrangement and encourages all to
bring their sun shades and pavilions to enhance the beauty and comfort of
the day.



Coronation beings the newest Royal Travel Fund and Their Highnesses plan to
continue the sale of pewter tokens commemorating the past Reigns of
Artemisia by presenting The Queen’s Tokens. Tokens will be available near
the reeve table and more information on them will be available online soon.


The Crown will be seeking counsel of the Peers of the Realm during the day.

The location for this fine event is the Star Community Church in Star,
Idaho, in the beautiful lands of the Barony of Arn Hold. Please consult ye
‘ole weather forecast as the event draws closer as rain and cold have been
known to arrive intermittently and unannounced in these fair lands during
this time of year.

 There will be a fundraiser lunch of soups and stews available, with
benefits going to the Kingdom General Fund.

The doors will open to socialize at 9 am, with Their Majesties starting the
celebrations at 10:00am



*Site: *Star Community Church, 439 N. Star Rd., Star, ID. This Site is
DAMP. No pets please.



*Directions: *Take I-84 to Exit 38, Idaho Center Blvd/Garrity Blvd. Take
Exit 38 and turn north (right, when travelling west) on Idaho Center Blvd.
Continue north as the road becomes Can-Ada Rd for 4.3 miles to Chinden
Blvd, US 20/26. Turn Right (east) on Chinden Blvd, and go 1 mile to Star
Rd.Turn left (north) on Star Rd and travel 2.3 miles just past the
stoplight in town, the church will be on your left.



*Fees: *Adult (age 14+) - $13, Child (under 13) - Free, Family Cap - $29.



Make checks payable to “SCA Inc.Barony of Arn Hold.” All paying adults are
subject to a $5 Non-Member Surcharge, waived with proof of active SCA
membership.
