[Artemisia] Transition

[Wormwood Pursuivant of Artemisia]

Please cross post as needed. In a week, I will be handing the Golden Wing
Herald (Kingdom Principal Herald) hat to Mike Bradley​, however I will not
be going that far away from the office.

I will be resuming to the role of Wormwood Pursuivant (OP Clerk). I will
still be your go-to guy for OP related issues and court reporting, at
