[Artemisia] test

It seems like this topic gets rehashed on a fairly regular basis.  Sadly,
regardless of our individual opinions, the kingdom has made the call it has
made as far as what the official means of communication are.  It certainly
would be nice if the webpage was updated more regularly, and I'm sure Their
Majesties and the Seneschal will address this with the Webminister as they
see fit.  Most of the time, opinions are worth exactly what you pay for
them.
