[Artemisia] Uprising corrections

Uprising pre-reg has come and gone almost. It has been brought to my attention that I put out the incorrect address. The correct address is uprisingwar.org . It was also brought to my attention that all pre-reg is must be postmarked by May 15th. This is confusing for me, but if you are intending to send in a pre-reg, do it now. Something wasn't working on the registering to teach classes part. I heard that part was fixed. Give it a try.
