Archery and Thrown Weapons will be happening OFF-SITE this year. We were
contacted by the Niagra Springs State Park area manager to inform us that
it is, in fact, illegal to discharge ANY weapon in a State Park. This
includes bows, RBGs (for you rapier fighters) and throwing of weapons.

Luckily our current Baroness, Merin, had the knowledge we needed and
assisted in obtaining a land-use permit from the Idaho Department of Fish
and Game to use the WMA (Wildlife Management Area) just up the road.

Here is a map to show where this area is in relation to the site. There is
parking so those that do not want to walk 1/2 mile up the road may carpool.

Details on these tournaments: *ALL* are welcome to participate, the
Champion will be the highest-ranking member of Arn Hold.

*Arn Hold Baronial Archery Championship* The animals of the Kingdom have...
changed, and we need to see what has happened to them. Fortunately, we have
mystical orbs we can use to draw them in. The archery shoot will be two
parts: First, you have to collect the mystical orbs, then you use the orbs
you collected to catch the animals. Gotta catch'em all!

*Arn Hold Baronial Thrown Weapons Championship*. Throwers will cover a war
scenario course where they will need to throw: Multiple spears from 20 to
30 feet, multiple knives, and axes from a minimum of 10 and 15 feet, all
while trying not to hit their own soldiers.
