<DIV>In Atenveldt (Barony of - also in Sundragon) there is a "Spider Token" that is given for hitting the 'X' (or killing the spider) for shooting an IKAC or Royal Round. Suggested something similar be done for archery as the token was rather cute. There are several variations that could be done with the idea and I can't think of one that wouldn't work well.</DIV>

<DIV>While tokens are great, a nicely written show of apprecition or "Thank You" will get better results. Sure, it takes time but the return on the effort is worth it. Tokens can be overdone and in time thus loose their value. A personalized note will be remembered for much longer than a token will and will encourage to the individual to do more of what they did.</DIV>
