<DIV>Oh! Not so! We proved conclusively at Angels 20th Anniversary (AS XXVI) that men in armor actually float when knocked off their feet in waist deep water! It was really cool to see 'dead' fighters float away from the creek battle after they had taken a killing blow. I still pine for the camera I forgot to pack for that event! I would give anything for a picture of Baroness Alinore marching out onto the dusty battlefield wearing a elaborate red velvet Elizabethan gown with a silver and gold worked breastplate over it, with her entire court in procession behind her. *sigh* There are very few turely picuresque moments in the SCA. That was one of them!</DIV>
