civil statements, discussion, and even debate of any and all members of this
list. The idea behind it is that if we define what makes a Peer here,
perhaps more people will be able to determine if someone has those qualities and
has yet to be recognized. And yes, I do intend to keep this discussion
going until we've covered pretty much all of the awards, if YOU keep
