Almost forgot these items:

Please have Robert leave a generous space (4" minimum) at the bottom for affixing pendant tag seals.

Do we need monetary donations for materials?

Yes, I think so.  The charter will require a fairly large piece of parchment.  We'll probably be using opaline vellum, but let me check with him on that.  I'll get back to you on this.
