It has come to my attention that some cannot access the description of
the potluck deal. The link is:

included the text below.

Thanks,

  Feast of St. Pyre Structured Potluck

April 23, 2005
Cache County Fairgrounds Pavilion

Greetings good gentles,

The feast will be a result of a potluck where individuals donate a dish
for all to share. Our shire will return this generosity by waiving the
feast fee of each individual who brings a dish. Of course, we do not
require everyone to bring a dish.

Côte du Ciel will provide the main course of two stews: one with meat,
the other vegetarian. We ask generous donors to bring dishes that
complement the stews and can feed ten adults. If the dish flames in
honor of Saint Pyre, all the better. Please, warn us before bringing a
flammable dish so that we have proper extinguishing materials ready.

Some examples of things that complement the Shire's stews include:

    * bread with butter
    * cheese
    * salad
    * cut vegetables
    * hummus
    * honey-butter
    * fresh fruit
    * desserts
    * spinach dip
    * meat pies
    * beverages. No soda pop.

It would help if dishes were "finger-food" that allowed easy carrying
while standing, conversing, or moving about. The Shire strongly believes
Saint Pyre will return in fiery vengence should anyone bring potato
chips, pretzels, soda-pop, and other items of that ilk. Please, honor
the Saint's food preference so that we may return the site uncharred.

Although this is a potluck, be sure to bring your feast gear. Also, come
prepared to dance. Dancing will take place during the potluck feast.

Mistress Rebecca will co-ordinate the potluck. If you wish to add to it,
please, contact her at (435)753-7374 or rebecca at coteduciel.org
<mailto:rebecca at coteduciel.org>. She will prevent your dish from
conflicting with another.

If you have any other questions, feel free to contact the event steward,
Jamukha Batu, at either (435)755-0173 or his e-mail,
jamukha at coteduciel.org <mailto:jamukha at coteduciel.org>.

In service to Saint Pyre's fiery Dream,
Lord Jamukha Batu
