[Artemisia] farthingale "bones"

Plastic tubing used for water coolers (?) works really well, also, and 
comes pretty cheap.  Flexible enough to fit in a suitcase, easy to 
remove for cleaning the fabric part.  I used it for years in my 
farthingale....
