[Artemisia] FW: An Important Announcement Regarding Minors at Glory IX

Greetings, good cousins!

I have been asked to forward this missive regarding minor waivers to the
good Gentles of Northshield and Artemisia who are planning on attending
Glory IX: The Silk Road to Glory in the Kingdom of the Outlands this coming
weekend.

For minors attending with a parent or legal guardian:

    The minor must have one of the following documents:

    * A current blue membership card, indicating a waiver is on file
      with the corporate office
    * A signed minor waiver

If you are a legal guardian, please have a copy of the COURT papers, 
appointing you guardian of the minor.

For minors attending without a parent or legal guardian the following 
documents will be needed:

   1. The minor must have a NOTARIZED guardian consent form, signed by
      the minor's parent or legal guardian, appointing an ADULT (person
      who is 21 or older) who will be attending the event with you and
      will be on-site the entire time with the minor. Copies of the
      notarized form must be kept by the minor and the adult, in
      addition to the original, which will be retained by Troll.
   2. The minor must have ONE of the following documents:
          * A current blue membership card, indicating a waiver is on
            file with the corporate office
          * A minor waiver signed by the parent or legal guardian of the
            minor

There will be no notarization on site, so the guardian consent form will 
need to be completed in advance. The adult named as guardian MUST be 
with the minor at troll to check them in.

NO MINOR WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE EVENT WITHOUT THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION 
AND AN ADULT AT TROLL AT CHECK IN WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MINOR. 
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS

Any person who is an emancipated minor must have copies appropriate 
documentation of their status (Court order, marriage license, etc) to 
show Troll. Without appropriate documentation, the above documents WILL 
be required to attend the event.
