Oh Damn Vicar,

Sealaner Parkis indeed capable of having archery.  That being said, if you'd 
like to have archery there, please arrange for the "stuff" to be there for 
said shooting.  That would include targets, backstops and appropriate 
marshal controls.

As you said, jokingly, and I return it, "if not, why not?"
