[Artemisia] address listings

I can't speak for any other group's web site, but on coteduciel.org, many of our members have chosen to make their mailing addresses and phone numbers public to other members of our site, and some have chosen to allow you to contact them by email through the site. You must apply for site membership to see this information, but any kingdom member is welcome to do so. So if you're looking for a member of Cote du Ciel, another possible way of finding him or her is through our web site.

The directory we had when we first became a Kingdom became too
 difficult to maintain.  I would suggest contacting the seneschal of the
 person's group (if you know it) and asking the seneschal to relay your contact
 info to the person if you don't have a way to contact them directly.
  I know the local seneschals (myself included) are not allowed to give
 out contact info without permission, but we sure could relay a message.
