Nitpicky librarian here, a bit late...
Morgan,
There are 56 counties in Montana, and none named "Webber" in any variant 
- you are probably thinking of Wibaux (pronounced wee-bow like small 
weapon with arrows). The only other Montana county that starts with W is 
Wheatland...
