[Artemisia] fighting in the heat of day

I really support this idea.  I was very over heated as a spectator, can't imagine what it was like for the combatants.

I actually ended up missing Ulric's Pelican ceremony because the heat took
me down with exhaustion on Saturday. I can't be the only one.
