That's also a hint for anyone else that has a new office or position.  YOU
have to send in YOUR information for the Sage to publish it.  It cannot be
"pulled" or sent in by anyone else.  You sending from your email = what is
used as a "Permission to Publish" Form.  Please remember to include in your

Phone #:
Email address:

OR you can use an internet form located here:
