[Artemisia] Attention Event Stewards of Southern Regional Collegium!!!

I apologize for the bandwidth, but this is something that does impact several groups :o)
If you have already signed up or would like to sign up to help as an event steward of the Southern Regional Collegium to be held in October in the Barony of Loch Salann, please send your contact information (email, phone, etc.) privately to vscarbrough @ hotmail . com so that I can get you invited to the Yahoo list.  
 
If you are not sure if you are one of the event stewards or would like to help, please contact me as well.  I will need a total of at least 2 people from Arrow's Flight, Loch Salann and Gryphon's Lair to help as event stewards (in addition to myself).
 
If you are interested or may be persuaded to teach, wait just a bit and I will be getting more information about who to contact.
