I wanted to give all of you who love, know, and/or tolerate him, the
opportunity to give Lord John the Rat (aka Ratling or the Ratboy) --
felicitations, advice and/or a hard time on this, the 15th
anniversary of his year of life. It is by the Grace of God that he
has survived thus far (and many thanks to those Royal Persons who have
spared his life on more than one occasion)!
