[Artemisia] Informal Poll--meeting places

I am curious about what the individual groups in Artemisia do for winter meeting places.  If someone from each group could answer some questions, I would appreciate it.
 
Do you have a permanent, indoor winter site to hold weekly group meetings?  (this would be where the group meets as a whole, not individual guild meetings or private fighter practices)
What kind of place it is? (school, community center, So-and-So's basement)
How many years have you used the same site?
Is it available year-round or only during certain months?
What is the cost--money or hours--and how much?
Does the site meet your groups needs or do you modify your winter activities because the site doesn't meet your groups needs?
