Good Gentles, Kingdom Arts and Sciences competition is coming this 
weekend! Following are some updates, as well as the directions once 
again. Please forward this message as needed to help others get the 
directions to the site, since they were not published in the April 
newsletter.

A Heraldry Consultation table, run by Lord Bjarki, will be available 
during the day for those who wish to research or submit their 
heraldry. Children's activities will take place at different times 
during the day. If you are bringing children, please prepare for 
them to be outdoors, and it would be much appreciated if you will 
spend an hour or more of your day to assist the youth minister to 
make sure there are appropriate levels of supervision (two unrelated 
adults present at all times).

There will be a soup luncheon fundraiser available for all who wish 
to enjoy it, and a sumptuous 16th century English feast. THERE WILL 
BE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF FEAST RESERVATIONS ON A FIRST COME, FIRST 
SERVED BASIS AT THE DOOR ON SATURDAY!

The feast will be a. Opening: Lady Allegretza from Arrow's Flight 
will make the bread. We will add fresh spiced cheese & Butter. There 
will be pickled fresh vegetables & eggs. 1st Course: Salat 
accompanied by an egg pie with a hot onion sauce 2nd Course: Chicken 
in almond milk served on rice. Alternate (allergies etc.) beef 
meatballs in a brown sauce & rice. 
Closing: Sweet Cake with a strawberry fruit sauce.

Site fees: $7 Adult age 16 and up/ $4 child age 6 - 15 ($3 dollar 
adult nonmember surcharge will apply) Family Cap on site fees for 
immediate family members only: $22.00

Feast fees: $9 Adult age 12 and up/$5 child age 6- 11. Children age 
0 – 5 are guests of the Barony.

The site will be the Columbus Center Auditorium at 2531 S. 400 East 
in South Salt Lake, Utah The site will open at 9 AM and close at 10 
PM. The site is DRY!! Anyone wishing to enter brewing/alcoholic 
items for the competition must make arrangements with Baroness 
Casamira AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, and prior to the event. There is no 
driving on the sidewalks for any reason – if you are bringing large 
or heavy items, please make the necessary arrangements to carry them 
from the parking lot or loading dock into the hall. 

Directions: Take your best route to I-15 in Salt Lake City. Take 
the 3300 South Exit, turn East from the freeway. Go to the stoplight 
at 300 East, turn left. Go to 2700 South (the next stoplight), turn 
right. Turn left at the first street, which is 400 East. The 
parking lot entrance will be on the right side about halfway up the 
street. (You will go past two cross streets before you can see the 
driveway)
