12th Night Celebration
Barony of Gryphon’s Lair
January 10th, 2009

Unto the Kingdom of Artemisia, hearty greetings! The holiday season is
fast upon us and you are hereby invited to join in the festivities and
merriment of Barony of Gryphon’s Lair annual 12th Night Celebration.
The winter winds are descending from the north and it’s time to settle in
the Great Hall with friends and family from far and wide, to share in
the warmth of camaraderie and fellowship. Come experience the hospitality
of the Lair’s populous during this, their High Court event!

The feast this year is an orchestral experience conducted by Lady
Gwynnyth. As Head Cook, Lady Gwynnyth will lead the award winning
culinary team that rose above the competition to win the Uprising Iron
Chef! The feast will have several removes and is promising to be quite
exceptional! Feast will be limited to the first 50 reservations,
however, there should be ample room “off board” for those not
participating in the feast. Reservations for the feast are due by 1/1/09.

To add to the grandeur and splendor of the Lair’s High Court, this year at
12th Night there will be the Barony’s very first ever Grand Processional
by Order of Precedence. With this in mind, be sure to wear your High
Court splendor!

An Arts and Sciences display is also planned so come and show the Lair
what you have been working on or have completed. Just a reminder, Baron
Math and Baroness Daria will choose the next Arts and Sciences Champion
of the Barony of Gryphon’s Lair through these displays. Displays have
been set up at all of the Lair’s events and entrants chosen as Baron and
Baroness’ favorites. Their Excellencies will note all the entrants from
all of the past displays and choose an over-all winner that will then
become the next Arts and Sciences Champion. Minimal documentation is
 encouraged but not necessary.

Due to the nature of the site, it is dry and pets are prohibited!
