[Artemisia] Reminder RE: Crown Tournament

Greetings to all by whom these words do come from Baroness Theodora,
Seneschal for the Gryphon Lands of Artemisia.

As a reminder, if you plan to enter the Crown List of Their Majesties
Daman and Veronique, letters of intent  are due to Them by March 21st.
That is the date they must be recieved, not the postmark date.  Copies
must also be sent to THL Sajah (the Kingdom List Minister) and myself.

In addition to the letter of intent, the following items must be sent
along with the letter:
a completed entrant form for both fighter and consort (form is
available in the March Sage Advice or on the website as a link from
the event calendar page)

copies of membership cards for fighter and consort

copy of fighter authorization card.

All needed addresses are available on the Kingdom webpage or in the
