[Artemisia] Celtic Runes

I've had a thought about making a blade with Celtic knotwork down the blade
for pretty..
I'm considering that it would be fun to have the decorative work say
something, and I'm wondering how I could learn the Celtic runes.

Does anybody have any favorite resources?
