[Artemisia] sumptuary question

Actually....Alzada, MT is the end of the world on that end.  I used to work for the BLM in Ekalaka, surveyed alot of land out there. Did you know if you stand in Alzada, you are closer to Texas than you are to Libby, MT (NE corner). Weird but true fact there...

Ah, Ekalaka!  I'm sure Their Majesties will be happy to know that you stand
guard at (literally) the End of Their Highway.  Just think, if you recruit the
entire town population, you could establish another Palatine Barony!
