So, with the weather being so poor, we had a very small turnout last night.

Just enough to try and work through the new 'First Heart Throbs' piece 
as well as a couple of our older numbers.

Quite fun, overall.

Hope to see more folks next week! I know the medium to long range 
forecast is not wonderful, but as long as the city keeps up the plowing, 
even the side streets are not too bad. I'm getting to the church by 6 pm 
so I can make sure that things are warmed up (me included!) so if you 
want to come early, I'll be there!

We do need to have a bit of a business discussion once we have more than 
five or six people show up - please be thinking on this. Right now we 
have no treasurer, and Julie M has said she would be willing to take 
that office on in conjunction with the secretary position. This is a 
pretty common pairing in other organizations I am familiar with, we just 
need to have a physical vote by orchestra members if you are okay with 
this.

I do have the books and checkbook in my possession, temporarily, so that 
someone else can take them over. We will need to add to the signatory 
list at the bank, but that can be done after orchestra decides if having 
Julie M take over is okay or if anyone else wants to volunteer to be 
treasurer.
