[Ek_fiber] Web space

<I see the need for some file space on a server for us for the storage of images and patterns for sharing.>

We can get web space just as easily on Yahoo by opening a group. A charter would be nice and all but we are still so new. Besides web space, is there a particular reason/benefit to having a charter?
