[Ek_fiber] Another Intro

That's an Elizabethan Flat Cap (there's a pattern in the files section of the Historic Knit List).  It's not too hard to make, I'm working on right now.  I know that people were required to wear wool caps during that era, at least on Sundays and holy days.  Queen Elizabeth made a law concerning that to increase the hand knitting trade.  But that style isn't period for most of the SCA time period.  And wool?  At Pennsic?

Just as long as it's a nicely unisex cap.
