Unto Mistress Danabren Madadh-Mara, Mistress of Arts & Sciences
of the East Kingdom,
>From Master Lyle FitzWilliam, Master of the Worshipful Company of
Stationers of the East Kingdom,
Greetings!

Good Mistress,

Please find herein the Fall quarterly report for 2006.

As in the previous quarter, it's been relatively quiet for the
Worshipful Company of Stationers of the East Kingdom during this
quarter, with members essentially doing work on their own.

Master Lyle and Mistress Elwynne announced an open house for the
new studiolo/printshop, and sample prints were taken using a
Chandler & Price proof press by attendees. Some additional work
is needed to provide better lighting in the printshop, and some
additional work needed on the table-top platen press (post
period).

Lady Heather Rose MacGordon made 100 (!) pocket almanacs as
tokens for the Concordia of the Snows bardic event _Winter's
Night_, held on October 21, 2006, so that the bards could put new
songs and stories in their books and carry them around this them.
They were a forest green canvas cover with white parchment style
acid free paper. Various designs were block printed or cut out of
the canvas so they each were unique.

Regards,
M. Lyle FitzWilliam
