 I always include a *bit* about my SCA involvement on my resume.  The positions I have held are good examples of supervisory positions I have held *outside* of work environments.

While I admit that it is something of a luxury, I assume that if my being in the SCA - those interests and desires for an occasional weekend off - are a problem for the employer - then I don't want to work there.  Leaving it on my resume helps *me* weed out unsuitable employers.
