Hum, that may have been in reference to her original author mentioned, but I for one would enjoy a list of research and academic authors as well.  Your own book sounds like it would be of great interest to those in the culinary arts, not only for a good reference, but also source material for documentation.  

So, I say - bring them all on!  Especially if the topic is of an SCA related or of-interest subject matter.
