How could I forget?

Debra Doyle and Jim Macdonald, most recently published Land of Mist and Snow, though not so active now, were Madhouse Manor back in the day, and I have not only their sf and fantasy books, but the Madhouse Manor Pleyn Brown Wrapper Songbook, bought at Pennsic 10. Their website is still called Madhouse Manor.
