[Sca-librarians] "Mc" vs. "Mac"

The APA style guide says to treat "Mc" and "Mac" literally, so that
"Mac" comes between "Mab" and "Mad" and "Mc" comes between "M[b]" and
"M[d]."  I'm not sure any style guide still uses the separation style
that so many of us remember less than fondly from our earlier years.
