[Artemisia] Estrella War Youth Activities

To the fine gentles of Artemisia I send greetings.

It is with much anticipation that I send this request: 

Estrella War activities coordinators are hoping to find each kingdom
willing to host a day of youth activities.   This is not expected to be a
day of babysitting, this is a day in which meaningful, period related
activities (Arts and Sciences)  are provided to the youth of the lands.
They would like to have a track of courses for both the Children, ages 4
to 9 years, and the Youth, ages 10 and up.  Artemisia would be covering
Saturday .  The hours that must be covered would be Saturday 10:00 AM,
11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. More times are readily available in one
hour time slots but they do not want to burden anyone by taking up too
much of their War time.  

As it is turning out, Saturday time slot for 1:00 is to be filled in by
Rhiannon of Londinium/Atenveldt with Story Telling and simple Theatrical,
and 2:00 PM will be an offering by Rowland of the Outlands in Candle
Dipping. 

If you know that you will be at this grand event and  would take a moment
and consider sharing your time and talent with the youth on Saturday
morning, it would be most appreciated.  The information for the gate book
must be ready by October 31 so time is of the essence. 

If you can assist in this endeavor, please provide your SCA and mundane
name, the time in which you can be available and the activity you would
be providing as well as the age group it would pertain too. And send to:
