I got to do that in Dublin last year at the Jamesons Distillery (which
is where I also learned about things like triple-distilling, and the use
of different types of casks, and how they used to test to see if the
whiskey was good)*. I'll leave the peat-tainted stuff to the rest of
you (and my already-designated scotch-doubles), but a tasting party
could be fun. Maybe at Uprising next year, or Gryphons?

*The appropriate personnel dampened gun powder with the stuff, and lit
it on fire. If the powder didn't go off, there was too high a water
content.
