[Artemisia] convocation?

and it was designed for officers to meet with others in the same office.....convocation was never about a meeting of the Peers but more of a meeting of your peers.....(tee hee)

Isn't the Event schedule usually held with royalty (Kings and Queens Barons and Baronesses, etc.) and Seneschals?  I don't remember it EVER being a peer event.
