[Artemisia] Scribal Arts question

Greetings, everyone!
After perusing the class list for Uprising, I find myself perplexed, and I
am come to you with a question.

Although the class list is wonderful and varied, it is lacking in one area:
there are no scribal arts classes of any kind. No calligraphy, no
illumination, no gilding, nothing.

This is starting to look like a trend to me. Last fall at Artemisian
Collegium the only such classes were the two I taught and Lady Giliana's
gilding class. I don't remember any scribal classes at Loch Salann Collegium
in November (though I could be wrong about that.) And last year at Uprising
the illumination class I taught was the only one offered, I'm reasonably
sure. (For the two years before that I was in graduate school and have no
idea what happened.)

I know we have talented scribes and illuminators in Artemisia. I've seen
your work. I'm just wondering why no one is teaching. I'm not planning to at
Uprising, for reasons which involve lack of time to prepare anything and the
fact that I've been working hard and I'm tired.

No criticism here, just wondering.
