Hmmmm, well, when I sent off my missive I copied our local ombudsman (due to
something in earlier posts to the effect "don't just vent, let the BOD know
how you feel").
I figured that was the person we were supposed to go through.

So Thea, the ball is started, you can grab it, wrap it up, and run with it
(gladly have you do so).
